HCP0030 It is a single-component ultra-hydrophilic and waterproof inorganic nano-coating developed by Guangzhou Hongtai, which is mainly developed for the spraying of photovoltaic glass at the factory end.
The nano-silica fractal combination technology can form a fine concave and convex below 50nm on the surface of the object, and the cured ultra-thin coating has a hydrophilic Angle of less than 10°.
Pure inorganic composition, coating has strong weather resistance and wear resistance, coating at the same time can inhibit the substrate surface electrostatic, the dust is not easy to attach substrate, even if the attached dust in water can self clean, always keep the photovoltaic glass surface light transmittance and cleanliness, reduce photovoltaic module efficiency attenuation, improve the conventional component output gain average of 2.8 to 3.2%.
Compared with the traditional anti-permeability coating, HCP0030 can be sprayed by 700℃ toughened treatment for 3-5 minutes, greatly improve the hardness of the coating to 5H, while maintaining good permeability and superhydrophilicity.
